If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. We cover shipping for faulty/defective items; buyer pays return shipping for "change of mind". Please return your item by mail using your local postal service. Contact us at hello@blakeyfinds.com before posting your return so we can provide confirmation and the correct return details.
To start a return, please email hello@blakeyfinds.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@blakeyfines.com within 7 days of delivery.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank or card provider before contacting us again.
Gift cards, clearance items, and digital downloads are non-refundable.
